Successful recertification according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022

Avision GmbH has successfully completed recertification according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. We have been using a certified information security management system (ISMS) for several years now – and have now also successfully implemented the latest version of the international standard.

What does ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification mean?

ISO/IEC 27001 is the globally recognised standard for information security management systems. The updated 2022 version takes into account new requirements for data protection, cloud usage and cybersecurity risks – issues that are becoming increasingly important in an increasingly digitalised world.

With certification according to the latest standard, we ensure that our processes, systems and structures meet the highest security requirements – and are continuously developed.

Security as part of our DNA

For Avision, information security is much more than a formal requirement. It is a central component of our corporate philosophy. As an IT service provider, we bear special responsibility for our customers’ data and applications.

Our experts work daily to minimise risks, optimise security measures and promote awareness of data protection and information security in all areas.

The path to the new certification

The transition to the updated version ISO/IEC 27001:2022 required a comprehensive review and adaptation of our existing processes and documents. Thanks to the dedicated work of our entire organisation, we were able to successfully complete the audit.
