IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Avision GmbH is an IT service provider specializing in software revival for application development and support. As an alternative to complete new implementations, which are often costly and risky, Avision modernizes companies’ legacy software in an efficient way. Our team currently comprises 130 employees – experts with more than 25 years of professional experience, but also young professionals with fresh ideas.

Your tasks

  • Overall project management for the implementation of customer projects, taking into account deadlines, costs and contractual compliance
  • Developing software solutions together with your project team and working in partnership with our customer
  • Responsibility for analyzing functional requirements and technical processes as well as creating functional and technical concepts
  • Developing requirements analyses as well as system and database architectures
  • Calculation and preparation of offers as well as detailed project planning
  • Technical management of project team members and close cooperation with our software developers
  • Supporting them in the realization and implementation of the applications
  • Continuous maintenance and further development of our customer relationships as a reliable and competent contact person

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in (technical/business) computer science, mathematics, business administration or apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in the implementation of software projects, as well as in the conception and development of (individual) software solutions
  • Ideally experience in project management and leading project teams
  • Strong technical understanding and experience in software architecture/programming
  • Experience in agile project management, e. g. Scrum, is desirable
  • Enjoy taking responsibility and strong decision-making skills
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Open and flexible personality who enjoys working in a motivated and innovative team
