Avision GmbH is an IT service provider specializing in software revival for application development and support. As an alternative to complete new implementations, which are often costly and risky, Avision modernizes companies’ legacy software in an efficient way. Our team currently comprises 155 employees – experts with more than 30 years of professional experience, but also young professionals with fresh ideas.
Your tasks
- Design of software applications and contribution to the development of system architectures using modern technologies
- Analysis, specification, and coordination of requirements and solution concepts in close collaboration with users and developers
- Responsibility for the design, integration, and verification of software components in accordance with the software development lifecycle
- Preparation of project documentation as well as data and process analyses for complex software systems
- Opportunity to contribute to additional areas of software development over time
- Minimal to no travel required
Your profile
- Successfully completed university degree (or equivalent), preferably in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Enthusiasm for analyzing and designing technically and functionally challenging solutions
- Strong technical understanding and a pronounced affinity for IT
- Ideally, experience in software development or other software-related fields with a solid understanding of technical aspects
- Analytical and structured way of thinking and working, combined with strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
