For our subsidiary, KIMdata GmbH, we are currently seeking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date.
KIMdata, based in Oberhaching, has been specializing in business intelligence software for corporate management and controlling in hospitals since 1999. Our core product, the KIMdata Warehouse, aggregates relevant data from all sources within a hospital, processes it, and delivers secure, reliable decision-making foundations quickly and efficiently for everyday use.
Your tasks
- You will become a power user of our front-end solutions and support our customers with your expertise.
- You will organize and conduct customer workshops and training sessions.
- You will gather customer requirements and prepare them for implementation by our development team.
- New laws and regulations are regularly introduced by legislators. You stay up to date and, with your healthcare expertise, become a sought-after point of contact for our customers.
- You will support our sales and marketing teams by creating blog posts and proposals, participating in trade fairs, developing manuals and video tutorials, and conducting market research.
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in Hospital Management, Medical Informatics, e-Health, or a related field, or a specialized qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in hospital management (e.g. financial controlling, medical/nursing controlling, organizational development)
- Strong technical understanding and a high level of IT affinity
- Enjoyment in analyzing and interpreting key performance indicators
- Solution-oriented and self-reliant working style, combined with a customer-focused attitude
- Excellent knowledge of German
