For our subsidiary, KIMdata GmbH, we are currently seeking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date.
KIMdata, based in Oberhaching, has been specializing in business intelligence software for corporate management and controlling in hospitals since 1999. Our core product, the KIMdata Warehouse, aggregates relevant data from all sources within a hospital, processes it, and delivers secure, reliable decision-making foundations quickly and efficiently for everyday use.
Your tasks
- Apply knowledge from hospital management (controlling, medical controlling, organizational development, or similar) to our BI projects.
- Collect requirements from clinics and prepare them for the development teams
- Become a power user of our BI frontends and support clients in their use.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for hospital staff
- Stay up to date on new healthcare laws and regulations and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients.
- Support marketing and sales with hospital expertise (e.g., blog posts, trade show appearances, market research)
Your profile
- Completed degree in Hospital Management, Medical Informatics, e-Health, or a specialized vocational training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in hospital controlling / medical controlling / organizational development
- Enjoyment in analyzing and interpreting key figures
- IT affinity and willingness to familiarize yourself with BI systems (programming skills not required)
- Solution-oriented and independent working style
- Excellent German language skills
