Apprentice IT specialist for application development (m/f/d)

Avision GmbH is an IT service provider specializing in software revival for application development and support. As an alternative to complete new implementations, which are often costly and risky, Avision modernizes companies’ legacy software in an efficient way. Our team currently comprises 130 employees – experts with more than 25 years of professional experience, but also young professionals with fresh ideas.

Your tasks

  • During your training, you will get to know the complex processes involved in the implementation and support of software development projects and work in various teams in software development and maintenance.
  • You will design, develop and implement software applications that are individually adapted to the requirements of our customers.
  • You will use software development tools and develop application-oriented user interfaces.
  • You will also use project planning, implementation and control methods and advise our customers on technical issues.
  • You will support our development team in the maintenance and support of existing web applications.

Your profile

  • General higher education entrance qualification, entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or a good secondary school leaving certificate
  • A keen interest in IT and a strong technical understanding
  • Logical thinking and systematic way of working
  • High willingness to learn and motivation
  • Reliability and commitment in a team
  • An open and communicative personality
